1. About these terms

This website and the imyour.ai product platform are provided by Meshteq Sdn Bhd ("Meshteq", "we", "us"), SSM registration no. 202501050862 (1652270-A). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. The site and the demos

This site presents our products (Mentor Agent, Aiden, AI-Powered ATS, and i-Ris) and lets you contact us and try the Aiden assistant. The Aiden demo and any preview features are provided for evaluation and may change or be unavailable from time to time.

3. Aiden is an AI assistant

Aiden's responses are generated automatically by an AI model. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and they are not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. Do not rely on them as such; confirm anything important with our team.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it — including not attempting to disrupt or overload it or our services, not using automated means to abuse the Aiden assistant, and not submitting unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content through our forms or chat.

5. Pricing and enquiries

Any pricing shown is indicative. Product pricing is confirmed through direct discussion based on your requirements. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract; any engagement is governed by a separate agreement.

6. Intellectual property

The content, branding, and software on this site are owned by Meshteq or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share the pages, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse our content or branding without permission.

7. No warranty

The site and the demo features are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site or Aiden will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the assistant's responses will be accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meshteq will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the demo features. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Malaysian law.

9. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
