Who we are

imyour.ai is a product platform operated by Meshteq Sdn Bhd (SSM registration no. 202501050862 (1652270-A)), a company registered in Malaysia. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and who it's shared with. Questions or requests: business@meshteq.com.

What we collect and why

1. Contact / demo form

When you submit the contact form we collect the details you provide — your name and email (required), and optionally your organisation, your message, and, for custom-build enquiries, your project details (what you want to build, features, timeline, budget range, and rough number of users). We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell them.

2. Aiden chat assistant

If you chat with Aiden, the assistant on this site, the messages you send are processed to generate replies, and the details you share (such as your name, company, and email) together with a short summary of the conversation are sent to our team so we can follow up. Your chat session is also stored temporarily in your own browser so the conversation persists while you're on the site. Messages you send to Aiden are processed by OpenAI through its API to generate replies. Under OpenAI's API terms, this content is not used to train OpenAI's models, and OpenAI retains it for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring before deleting it (unless a legal obligation requires longer).

3. Technical data

Like most websites, our hosting provider may process basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site securely and prevent abuse. We do not run advertising trackers, and our fonts are self-hosted, so the site does not call third-party font services.

Who processes your data on our behalf

We use a small number of trusted service providers strictly to run the site and respond to you:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, security, and delivery.
• OpenAI — generates the Aiden assistant's replies (see §2 above).
• Discord — receives contact-form submissions and Aiden lead summaries as internal team notifications.

These providers act as processors for the limited purposes above. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

International transfers

Some of the providers above process data outside Malaysia, principally in the United States. Where your personal data is transferred outside Malaysia, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected, relying on the data-protection commitments in our agreements with those providers. You can contact us at business@meshteq.com for more detail on these transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and lead information for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, after which it is deleted — unless we need to keep it longer to meet a legal obligation. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time by emailing business@meshteq.com.

Your choices and rights

You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting business@meshteq.com. Where applicable law gives you additional rights, we will honour them.

Children

This site and our products are intended for organisations and working professionals, not for children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as our products evolve. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
